Our PETERBALD kittens placed to approved homes between the ages of 3 1/2 - 4 months old.
If they are sold to pet homes they are spayed and neutered before they leave Balduchi Cattery.
We do not contribute to the unwanted pet population.

Purchaser Agrees to the Following Terms:

1. This cat/kitten is being sold as a pet. Seller warrants that this cat/kitten is presented in good health. Seller guarantees the general health of this cat/kitten
For a period of 3 days of receipt on the condition that it is properly cared for and quarantined. Seller recommends that purchaser takes this cat/kitten to a licensed veterinarian within 3 days of receipt for their own satisfaction of health.
2. If during this time period Seller is notified of a health problem, which is proved
to have existed at time of sale, Seller will refund purchase price or replace the cat/kitten. Seller DOES NOT responsible for any veterinarian bills.

3. Purchaser agrees that this cat/kitten shall be kept indoors only.
4. Purchaser agrees that this cat/kitten will be altered before 8 months of age if not
already so done.
5. Purchaser must provide seller with proof of alter in order to receive registration
papers.
6. Purchaser agrees to care for this cat/kitten by providing proper nutrition and
Veterinarian exams.
7. Purchaser understands that Seller does not vaccinate for FeLV or FIP, if
Purchaser chooses to do so *PLEASE BE PROPERLY ADVISED* by a vet
of the cat/kitten exposure risk and the Benefits and Risks of the vaccines.
8. Purchaser agrees that this cat/kitten will never be given away or sold without
prior consent to Balduchi Cattery.

Purchaser signature indicates that he/she has reviewed contract
with seller prior to purchasing said cat/kitten and is in full
agreement to the above terms and conditions.
